Lion King Performance

From 10th to 14th March, our school and libraries hosted several events and activities that connected readers with books and celebrated the joy of reading.

Aladdin School Production

With over 100 children involved as cast, dance troup, choir, instrumentalists and backstage support, on the last week of Term 2, the auditorium was transformed into the fabled city of Agrabah and was filled with storytelling, music and dance that was enjoyed greatly by students, families and staff. We are proud of our Performing Arts.

James Shone visiting Amity

We were very lucky to attend an inpirational, special assembly delivered by James Shone. Our students described the experience as inspiring, courageous, amazing, powerful. He truly embodied our Amity value of the month 'perseverance'. His message will stay with all of our students and staff for years to come.

Amity International Day 2019

The forth year of the Amity International Day event saw it bigger and better than ever before, with 43 stalls offering the most amazing display of foods and items of interest from all over the world. What better way to celebrate the 74 nationalities in our community and the beginning of the Year of Tollerance in the UAE?

ADISSA Athletics Competition

On Thursday 28th February, we welcomed 188 junior athletes from 8 Abu Dhabi schools for the inaugural ADISSA Athletics Competition. 24 Amity students took part in 100m, 800m standing long jump and the vortex howler. The competition ended with a 4 x 100m relay. Well done to all our young athletes!

Spring Festival

Friends of Amity's first Spring Festival was a huge success. We are very grateful to them for the preparation and execution of a wonderful community event where families enjoyed a whole host of activities, refreshments, music, performances and things to buy. We are already looking forward to the next one!

Informal Music Concert

We are very proud of our young musicians who took part in our first Informal Concert. Children, parents and staff were treated to an array of different instruments, voices and musical styles by children of all ages and abilities, who shocased their songs with pure bravado. We look forward to our next informal concert in April.

A morning with our FS families

On Wednesday 27th March, our FS children had the opportunity to share their portfolios with their parents and carers. They proudly showed off their photos and artwork and spoke confidently about their achievements so far. It was a wonderful experience for all involved.
